Robert Fabbri & Philip Griffin
Executive Chef & Assistant Executive Chef

Robert is co-owner of the Abbington along with his father, Louis and brother, Michael. He has been trained in the family banquet business since 1987 (Mar Lac Banquets) and Executive Chef since 1991.

Philip Griffin began his career at Mar Lac Banquets in 1982 and worked his way up to Assistant Executive Chef in 1992. Combined Robert & Philip have over 40 years
of experience in banquet dinning.
