Sorry the check is late - I hope you didn't call the collection agency on me! I just wanted to let you know everything was outstanding except the food & service at our dinner last weekend.

Seriously, thank you for taking care of my family on our special day. You and your staff made the day even more special for us - everything was wonderful. Please thank everyone.
