I wanted you to know how very, very pleased we were with all the services provided by the Abbington. The compliments abounded from our guests! People from the area who had never been to an event there were especially surprised that it was so nice! Of course, we knew how lovely the room would be and with everything done it was wonderful! Everyone commented on and loved the crystal chandeliers. It was truly a room fit for a bride!

The food was absolutely wonderful! Our guests, once again, could not believe how such tasty food could be served so well for so many! Everyone also commented on the quality of the service and the enthusiasm of the servers to assist them. So a special thank you to the chef and all the servers! The banquet manager did a great job keeping things going that evening too.

As you know, when you are planning a wedding reception and spending any amount of money, the goal is first for the parents and the bride to be pleased and the second to know that your guests had a wonderful time. And that was certainly accomplished by you and the Abbington.

And certainly not last, and definitely very, very important is the wonderful assistance and guidance that you gave us! You definitely went out of you way to make that day a perfect one for all of us. Thanks for all your help in setting up the “kids room” and putting out all the “extra” goodies that we wanted on the tables. You certainly made the whole process painless and in fact fun and enjoyable! Your professional approach made for complete confidence in everything being taken care of as we planned. Thank you for adding the personal touch too. There is a need for the humanizing of the whole experience and knowing that your contact takes a personal interest in your event.
