Re: Dennis and Shannon Albert's Wedding 9/8/07

Well, I really don't know where to begin. Saturday was the best! Shannon and Dennis said that was the best day of their lives. They had smiles and laughing and having so much fun from beginning to end. She wanted it to last forever.

First of all, your professionalism was outstanding. Our catering manager had all the answers to all my questions, which by the way were many. You made me feel worriless and I knew everything would fall into place. And I thank you for that.

We are still receiving phone calls from our guests telling us what a great time they had. It was the best is what all had said. The service was great! Our captain came up to me as soon as i went into the room, I was just in awe. It was absolutely beautiful! She assured me everything was under control and not to worry just to have a good time. And she was right.

The service was wonderful! Your staff was there for our guests and all of them were very pleasant and catered to our every need. The food was hot, delicious and everyone had commented on with so many people how do they do that!

My husband and I wanted the best and that is what we got. My thanks to you and your staff for making our daughter's and new son-in-law's day so very special.

The sweet table was incredible - a splendid display and delicious treats. Thank you so much for all your efforts to make our occasion so special.
