Re: Winter Gala

Dear Abbington:

I wanted to take this opportunity to extend our sincere thanks to you and all of your staff at the Abbington for making our Winter Gala such a huge success. I can’t begin to tell you how pleased everyone was with the food choices, amount of food and service from your staff. Our captain was wonderful! She is such a delightful person to work with.

Your staff has always gone out of their way to make us feel welcome.

We have booked our Winter Gala at the Abbington for 2007 and I am requesting that we are assigned the same staff as well as bartenders for our event next year. We are looking forward to an enjoyable evening, although, I don’t know how you could improve from this year.

Thank you for making this all possible. It has been a pleasure working with you and I forward to working with you this coming year for our 2007 event.
